After a long way of ongoing problems with an other so called "ready to use" 3D printer I decided to buy another one. After looking around for a longer time, I finally decided to buy a CNC Orion 3D printer. The setup was very easy and I think it took less than 30 minutes before I've started my first print. The print quality is lightyears better than the ones from my previous printer. So over all I'm very happy with it.

For the first questions to the CNC support I got fast and very helpful answers. When I requested the static jumper mod I got no response at all. I don't know how many emails I send to them including the contact form on the homepage. This is disappointing, but I can't change it.

The printer works very well, except when I try to print multiple copies of an object or in general when the prints are over 3-4 hours. I bought a new SD card and it seems that this one is working better, but it still happens that after 60-70% the print just stops. I wanted to upgrade to firmware .91 but I have a time out problem -- posted it within the forum, but so far there is no solution in sight.

Again, I'm still very happy with the printer and I use it more or less every day. To speed up the production time for my parts, I will maybe buy a second one in the very near future....

Hello to you also!
I have an Orion running .91 of Repetier. What version is on your Orion now?
I can't speak for support at Seemecnc except that they are on the road a lot.
Let them know that you have sent multiple emails with no response.

My printer has .83 installed. I've tried to ugprade to .91 according to the video which is available, but I only get a timeout message. I posted this problem within the ORION section.
