Strongest 300⁰C filament
Using what filament one can get strongest models, using printing temperature below 300⁰C?

Depends on what type of strength you are after. I would tend to say polycarb or the nylons. Tglase also makes some really nice results with 100% infill for gears and such.

Yep, go with nylon right now. I don't know if anyone has done comparison tests between trimmer line and 645, but I'll tell you that trimmer line is relatively flexible (low modulus) compared to ABS. 645 is supposed to be stiffer.
Print it above 260 degrees so you don't have to worry about delamination. 280 degree nylon prints in trimmer line are pretty much indestructible. I don't know how well polycarbonate works with delamination but anything is better than ABS or PLA.
60% glass filled PPA is as strong as mild steel, but that won't be on the market until I put it there in a few months/

I have search about PPA to found out what is that, so is that same material as here: http://www.makeitfrom.com/compare-mater ... PPA-Amodel (that's only result on google without Ubuntu PPA repositories)? Where I can read about your project? Sounds like a test is needed , each material in a bridge form , simple as a popsickle stick 3d model. And apply weight to the center while spanned across to points. Would be a good test for Strength and Flex.
Im ABS guy, its used in automotive everything and spray paints adhere well without any other additives. But after printing with PLA , I can say Both PLA and ABS are strong , but ABS seems to be alot softer material than PLA , which seems to be brittle , but yet strong , seems as if you struck it with a hammer it would shatter unlike ABS which just compacts.

I have an upcoming project build for a client and I am also looking into this question of high strength filaments. Right now I am looking at testing the following filaments in the next few months. Nylon 645, Nylon 12-64, ABS-PC Alloy, PET,Colorfab XT and maybe even some Acetal (will be the hardest to print with I understated). This project is a fun one, a bearing type system which also mounts the piece to a fixed point. So parts of it need to be tough, yet slippery for the bearing surfaces and then the surrounding mount which needs to allow the object to revolve and also be SUPER tough. As of right now I m looking at Nylon 12-64 for the bearing surface and thinking maybe Colorfab XT for the mount as first betas.
Has anyone has any experience with any of the above filaments? I have the E3d V6 so printing temps is not an issue over all. Once I have this project started I will start a thread and post results. Might look into a load cell and whip up an Arduino based testing system to test for the strength of the mount filament. This will be used to hold $10,000+ camera systems so failure is NOT an option.
