Anyone used an RMax for engraving?

Post by Captain Starfish »

Just wondering - has anyone tried removing the hot end and dropping a spindle or even the cable/pen attachment for a Dremel et al into the effector platform instead?

Kinda interested but not sure about software etc.

There's already been a thread on this: http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?t=2529&p=18902. Conclusion is basically it's a bad idea :-D
