Hi
Just a tiny question.
Why is the print speed after the infill reduced ?
I cant find any settings to avoid this b..... situation.
Always after teh infill the printing of he perimeters get slower than other regions ?
I set the whole speed for every parameter to 35 mm /s, but its slower!
Slicer is Slic3r with repetier 0.95f
I hope you have an answer.
Bye
Print speed after infill extremly slow
Re: Print speed after infill extremly slow
Because printing the perimeters more slowly results in a better finish.

Re: Print speed after infill extremly slow
Hi G.
Hmm ja, thats what it does, but why, I set all speed values to a constant value of 35mm /sec. So there can not be the possiblity that the perimeters can be printed slower.
Is there any value in the setting which overrides the Speed settings ?

It's hard to tell from your description, but I would guess from what you are probably seeing is the result of the minimum layer time in the cooling tab.Elysio wrote:Hi G.
