Can you make custom aluminum parts from 3d cad?
What sort of size limits or practical limits are there?

I need a bowl shape with a bunch of ~7/16 inside diameter hollow tubes (pipes) attached to the bottom.
The tubes could be brass nipples or similar, perhaps 3/8" id, screw into bowl bottom, have a screw cap on bottom.
So can you make a bowl shape with a lot of pipe thread openings on the bottom?
