Set Z Height w/o LCD - Possible?

My RAMbo LCD interface board is on order (original missing from kit). Is it possible to set the Zheight with out the LCD? I am able to tune the extruder and hot bed PIDs from the Repetier-Host -

Can you use MatterControl to set the Z height?

Z-height should be a component of the EEPROM which you can access from Repetier-Host - config - EEPROM

I am actually in the exact same position, PID's all done.. Just waiting on parts to arrive so i can connect my LCD panel.If only there was some instructions on how to do it

Yes - MatterControl has EEPROM where you can adjust Z-Height.
