Hi Guys,
My infill is definitely not meeting the perimeter. Large gaps between them. I have not disconnected the u-joints yet for individual inspection but I have noticed that I have tiny black crumbs under all of the drive pulleys.
Do the crumbs mean my belts are too tight?

After a quick inspection, my Z tower belt is not tight. Its kinda soft. So is this the problem with my infill not meeting the perimeter? One belt is more loose than the others?

The black crumbs are pretty normal the belt is rubbing on something, worth tracking down, but it's usually harmless.
Belt tension is hard to describe, because of the length of the belts, they should have a fair amount of give, you're looking to have them just tight enough to take out any backlash. If they are too tight, it will cause as many or more issues as too loose, there is no support for the stepper shaft, so the lateral force from the belts is only supported by the bearings inside the stepper, and they aren't designed for a lot of force in that direction, if you experiment with the belts, you'll find there is a point where belt tension makes the steppers harder to rotate and hence increases the resistance in the cheap skates, this is too tight.

WHOOO HOOOO... Its printing beautifully!! Took my time and removed the arms from the u-joints. Used some light oil on all the joints. Tightened the Y cheepskate (little play was there when it should not have been) And finally, loosened the tension on the belts since I had over tightened them. They all are very smooth now. Now I am printing a belt tensioner and its looking amazing. Pictures to come.

Not the best picture, but it looks great over here.
