Kossel/15mm extrusion Clip
Kossel/15mm extrusion Clip
Whipped this up for wire management on my mini Kossel: Kossel Clip.

Thanks for uploading this clip, simple but highly effective.

Maybe I've asked you but how did you sort out protecting the board? Mine's just laying on my bench!!!

Mounted on the Z column. I'm really happy with it. Protected but accessible.

Here's how it's mounted and wired.

Re: Kossel/15mm extrusion Clip
After I decided to add a heater, I moved mine from under the bed to up top. I tucked the stepper wires into a channel and did not twist the pairs. I'm noticing the steppers buzzing a bit when on and not moving. Should I have twisted the pairs that go to each motor winding to eliminate this?
In my case, the clips come in handy for the USB cable and power cord.

Yes. twisted/shielded stepper motor wires are necessary. Ideally we'd use shielded wire but braiding or twisting works fine.
Nice looking build, by the way.

Here's my contribution to the kossel talk. I'm using the x5, way fewer options and possibilities but much smaller size.
I also did a bit of a different thing with my linear rails.

Cool. My son is building his own mini kossel and he's using the printed recirculating bearing carriages that Johann recently posted. They are very cool.
