Just received our RMaxV2 this afternoon. My oldest son and I will be building it together starting Friday, June 20. This is my/our first 3D printer. Using FreeCAD as component design software. Intended first prints: phone holder, designed in FreeCAD, for my Samsung Galaxy S3 and F150 truck. Also just finished the design in FreeCAD of an aerobatic quadcopter... it's a design/build from scratch. I'll be printing it in a month or so hopefully; strongly considering T-glase but need to do some more research before I jump on that wagon. We are planning to implement xnaron's magnetic arms and a little different hot end heater and thermistor setup in the RMax.

My youngest son's wife is a real Harry Potter fan, so I imagine I'll be printing some "H-P" stuff too.

I second the quadcopter. Those are neat and printing your own has to be super cool.
