It was a little jiggly to begin with, but I broke it off.
Recommendations of what solder to use to re-attach this?

It's a simple enough fix. The 2 pins look intact, but the shielding pins seem to be severed. I'd just buy a new receptacle https://www.sparkfun.com/products/139 to make life easy. Get some solder wick, some standard 60/40 solder, and a bit of flux. Clear the holes using the solder wick, then just solder the new one in place. I always use flux when soldering, to create clean solder joints, if this is the only thing you're ever going to solder, you may just forgo that.

Once you have this fixed, you should probably anchor the USB cable where it enters your printer so that yanking on the cable doesn't stress the connector.
