hot end woes

Post by Behold »

I am still having issues with my hot end. I replaced the thermal resistors with heater cartridges but they are not heating either. Any insight?

I had this problem earlier this year after shorting out my hotend. It was one of the microfuses. In Australia I could only get them online in packs of 10, so I have enough in case I make quite a few more mistakes :)

And here's my shameless plug...

And this is exactly why I sell them! I had to order 10 also and it took almost 2 weeks to get to me :( (I blew up my heating resistors when I did my first PID test...)
