Is the hot end too close to the board?

or is the plastic not sticking well enough?

more elmers disappearing glue?

Your Hotend is too low, looks like it's pretty much scraping along the build plate, this will cause the espxtruder to eat the filament.
When you set your Z Height, everything needs to be up to temperature.
