Hi folks, I have been using the Delta Orion for around 4 months now, with 250 hours on my machine making primarily one type of part. All was well until around 2 weeks ago. I decided to same some money and go with some cheap filament. I'm not sure if the cheap filament was the problem or not, but I haven;t been able to get good parts in 2 weeks now. I changed back to SeeMeCNC filament and tried again today. I am getting what looks like poor adhesion or not enough filament coming through. I thought it might be the radius calibration, so I tried as hard as I could to get that right. Here is a picture of the problem, the lines aren;t touching, and then I get misses alot.
Settings have been the same:
Bed heat -65
Extruder - 200 Can't go any lower or the clicking starts.
Using Slicer

I was thinking it might be a maintenance problem? Do you have to switch out the nozzle at a certain point. My belts seem right and bearings are good. Thanks for the help in advance, its just frustrating.

Re: Lost the Recipe for good parts
what type of filament?
if you set the temp prior to a print can you push the filament easily through the nozzle?
are you checking the diameter of the filament and making the correct setting in slic3r?
just a few things to start

Yes, the temperature can easily push through the nozzle. I haven;t checked the filament diameter. I will try that too.

Well, the recipe is good now. I changed back to SeeMeCNC filament and a new nozzle. Prints are excellent again.
I'm guessing the crap filament wore out the old nozzle or something to that effect.
