Cheapo Hand-held spool holder

I had to unwind and wind my spool. So I was looking for a rod to insert in to it to be able to roll it on there.

At that moment i saw the empty handle of those sticky clothes cleaner rolls that you can buy from IKEA, they are wonderful for removing cat hairs etc. And it fit my spool rather nicely.

The spool also has a small hole in the side, i only needed to unwind a relatively short amount, but if it were longer, i would definitely put a bolt through there so i could wind it much faster.
