Extruder steps per mm set to 92.650 and #define MOTOR_CURRENT {155,155,155,165,0} in firmware.

Those are our current the settings that the guide recommended.

Update:

We have been working to solve our issues, but we have since cleaned our extruder (twice) reconnected, and are still running into the same EXACT issue. Having said that, i am noticing some odd behavior in the calibration of either our extruder itself or the stepper motor. I have already posted what those settings are earlier in the thread, but have also double checked to make sure they line up with the guide, and from what i can see, they're fine.

what we are seeing, though, is odd extrusion lengths when we manually feed the filament through. Sometimes these lengths are overshot and other times they're way under. Does this mean a clog, or could there be something else we've overlooked? At a loss for what else it could potentially be. All of our settings seem right.

Hnm.

Put a mark on the manual nob at the end of the extruder and count the revolutions it makes.

If it is the same, then you have a problem with the filament not gripping.

If it is not the same. Then you probably have a problem with wiring or the motor.

Did you install the peek fan yet??
When you say its not extruding the right length do you mean what is going thru the ezstruder or what's coming out of the nozzle?? Have you re printed the file I sent you after cleaning the nozzle??? Where's the pictures!!!!

So i think i figured out what the problem was. Finally. It looks like our hobbed gear on the stepper motor installed backwards, so that the "grooves" aren't lining up with the filament tensioner. Unfortunately, i have no clue how to take that off. It appears to be locked on that motor. Any suggestions? What's that? Throw it out the window? Okay!

I thought there was a set screw in it?

Here is what I'm talking about. Those grooves arent lining up with the tensioner piece, so we're getting madddd slipping. I counted the rotations our motor was making, and it was just shy of 3 full revolutions per 100 mm fed through, but we still got different length filaments.

I will fix this thing and then test a fan shroud print so we can get those attached.

Umm, yeah that would be the problem. Flip that around and maked sure the teeth line up with the tension bearing.

Aha, so it was filament slippage.

The gnruled part should be compressed by the ballbearing. So filament has on one side those groves that grip on to it, and on the other side the ballbearing that compresses it.
