Anyone use CamBAM?
Re: Anyone use CamBAM?
Short answer...no, I haven't used it. However, I'm looking for something similar to run my laser attachment. My options seen limited though. I'm a Fusion 360 user and was hoping I could get the cam software inside to work but I need a post processor of some kind. Something reprappy of course. Anyway, Cambam seems to pop up often on my Google searches.

for your laser, check out sheetcam,,,, you gotta pay to play, but it's cheap, hobby software. It was originally developed for sheetmetal work.

I don't mind paying for something that works. Compatible with a Rostock though?

Prolly just another post processor. There may be an existing one that's compatible.

Yes, I used CamBAM exclusively for my 2-1/2D fly fishing reels. It is pretty good and the free version now is the version I paid for. I used it to control a CNC mill.
