Installed CURA, now RH / SLic3r can't connect to Orion

It was recommended to me on here to try CURA in place of Slic3r to alleviate some of the buggy prints I was getting. I have been playing around with Cura for an hour or so fiddling with the setting until I found something I liked, (couldn't get the skirt AND brim to appear at the same time however) and when I imported the model gcode into Slic3r and went to connect to the Orion SD card it said that the printer could not be found and that COM4 didn't exist....oh lordy. I am in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling Repetier Host as I type this. Has anyone else run int oa similar problem?

Chexk the port in windows...

If you do not see the port there is nothing software can do.

Check the usb port (plug a usb flash drive etc to see if it works).

Check the printer side of the cable.

I uninstalled repetier and the rambo driver and now it works again, weird?!
