Ninja flex printing issue

I tried my first ninja fkex print and the results are in the pic attached.

hot end temp 215
bed 40
layer fan off
speed 15
retraction off

what can i do to get better results?

Have you done the extruder mod that adds the little length of bowden tube above the extruder?
