I've recently printed the PEEK fan shroud and it worked. On that print I used stick glue.Somehow it didn't adhere to well to the guano fan shroud.I am now working with hairspray.I've printed the guano fan shroud twice and it wouldn't adhere to well on one side. I am about to try a different type of hairspray, but I want to know what is causing this. Here are some pictures that will hopefully help you figure whats going on.

print not adhering on one side
Re: print not adhering on one side
I believe it is guanu and not guano.
Adhesion problems can happen to the best of us on occasion.
I would move the printer to where you think it did not adhere and check the distance between the bed.
One of the main culprits is tryin to print too far off the bed.

Re: print not adhering on one side
Their are some things I need to know right now.
1.What is the recommended speed I should have for ABS?
2.What temperature should I have on the heated bed and hot-end?
Thanks,Cale

Re: print not adhering on one side
Try this for temp calib.
I have not done it yet but it is in my todo list.
It will be different for every filament you use.

Re: print not adhering on one side
Did you try what i asked in the 2nd post?
If you are printing in air fiddling with other psrams might solve your problem only to create problems elsewhere.

Re: print not adhering on one side
