FIRMWARE for MAX with RAMPS and SmartController

I couldn't get the latest firmware to compile with MOTHERBOARD 33 selected.

Commands.cpp: In static member function 'static void Commands::emergencyStop()':
Commands.cpp error: 'DIOHEATER_BED_PIN_WPORT' was not declared in this scope
Commands.cpp error: 'DIOHEATER_BED_PIN_PIN' was not declared in this scope

I no longer have a copy of the code as was way back when, but I do remember it was a nightmare to compile it.

I'm guessing this is a pins.h thing. Any help, ideas or a link to a working version would be appreciated.
