I had this mount for my 4S and loved it, so when it came to upgrade time I wanted to keep it. I just modeled and printed this addon and voila!

Yep seems to hold it perfectly, the mount will move before the phone comes close to letting go. The bonus to this one (I should have taken a photo of the phone in the mount) is that the clips don't cover any of the front of the phone at all (the original mount did) and so I can swipe from the frame right where it's held without the mount interfering at all. Very nice.
