Just wanted to say hi from Midland, Michigan.
Picked up a Rostock MAX V2 at the Maker Faire at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, MI in late July and was up and running by mid-August. Didn't take that long to assemble but I went away on vacation in the middle of the build.
Printer has been working great although I've had a few issues along the way (blown fuse, drive belt loosen up, clogged nozzle) but as a result gotten very good at debugging and fixing the issues and have been running great for sometime now. Printing PLA, ABS and T-Glas without issues but I have most recently been messing with transparent PLA which I really like plus it is good for making glowing Halloween decorations.
Looking into some good mods for better lighting the print deck if anyone has good suggestions. Thanks
Eric

Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I ordered one for the Rostock I also just ordered:

Given biz travel and a generally too-full schedule, it'll be a while before I get the printer all assembled, but I'll try to remember to report back once it's together, and tell you how the TrickLaser light ring worked out. (If you don't hear by 12/1, feel free to send me a PM; I forget lots of stuff... :-0

Thanks for the quick reply. That looked like exactly what I was trying to do so I went ahead and ordered one. I'll let you know how it works out if I get it installed before you. Best regards.
