Hi I made a new video about common first layer issues and how to fix them. Hopefully it'll help sort you out before you get too frustrated

I think I'll be doing a few of these since there are too many issues to cover in a single vid.

Yeah I should have mentioned hairspray, but I've never used it myself so I was hesitant to throw it out there without a specific brand to go with.
