Magnetic Filament & Conductive Filament

The conductive filament is a VERY interesting filament.
I do hope that he makes his goal so that the conductive filament will be available in the future.

Conductive ABS is already available. From filaments.ca for sure, at least. It is listed as high-resistance, though... and anti-static. Not really sure what the purpose of high-resistance conductivity is... unless you want to melt the part by running electricity through it? I would guess it's more for the anti-static properties.

I'm also confused about its usefulness. I think I saw it was 1200 ohms per cm? Not exactly sure what you could do with that, other than anti static that has already been mentioned.

... and they don't include any spec for bulk conductivity. "Anti-static" is the same as "high-resistance conductivity", so I'm guessing that this would be useful for dissipating static, but not for much else.

Filaments.ca lists their conductive abs as useful for electromagnetic shielding as well.
