Hi,
I recently completed building my RS V2. On first power up, everything worked, but over time the LCD began displaying incorrect characters.
If I wiggle the LCD adapter connected to the Rambo, the display becomes correct, only to go bad again later. Obviously, there is something wrong with the adapter, the cables or the Rambo. Wiggling the cables or unplugging and replugging them on either end makes no difference, so I am leaning toward a defective Rambo or adapter.
I tried emailing [email protected] about 10 days ago, but have not seen a response.
Should I be trying to reflow the solder joints in the area of the connectors, or is this something that might be covered by a warranty?
Thanks,

It is definitely covered by warranty. Since you are having problems getting them to answer emails wait until after 9AM CST and open the main page and there is a chat button.
Use the button and they should answer and let them know the problems you have.
