bed doesn't work correctly

Hello. I finish assembly my rostock max v2.
all calibration finished.
Try to print first detail.
And get issue.
when bed set increase temp to 80. Its try and cant get a bigger tempirature than 65 c.
i try calibrated bed again many time.and get nothing.
Red diode little blinks when it work.
but i cant get a 80 C temp

If the LED is blinking rather than solid, you probably need to retune your bed PID.

i'm changed this parameters: "Bed PID max value" to 100
and "Extr 1 max value" to 245. Because i'm thinking its a C temperature.
I made this mistake and now i dont know right parameters.
Maybe some one can write me this numbers ?

You actually limited the maximum power than can be supplied to the bed to 100/255 or 39% of the power available.

Suggest 255 to both the bed and the extruder.
