I've been pulling my hair out this morning, trying to print with ABS. The perimeter of the print always comes loose from the bed right between the Z and Y Axes. I checked my calibration Macros and all 4 points were right on target.
So I went to 0 height and manually moved the hotend little by little until it was in the place between the Z and Y, and sure enough, that one spot is higher than anywhere else. I'm still pretty new, and I'm not sure what the best way is to go about adjusting just this area. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Might check how square the towers are to the glass. If the Y and Z are leaning away, I think it shows up this way.

Should be able to heat the nozzle and bed to operating temperatures, tape a piece of paper on the bed and hit all four macros. This should leave a small circle in the paper from the nozzle. Measure each axis with a pair of digital calipers to center. X to center, Y to center, Z to center. They all should be crazy close to each other.
I'm new to this but that's how I was able to tell if a tower was out of alignment. There might be a better way to tell, but that seemed to work for me. You'll obviously have to re-calibrate everything each time you adjust it.

I also took the glass off and used the digital calipers depth gauge to set the heated bed to the same distance from the base at each screw point. Not sure how much that helps but it should help a little bit with inconsistencies under the glass.

You're definitely not the first. If you haven't already, look for a huge thread in troubleshooting about weird Z0 height around the bed perimeter.
