Best way to move the printer?

I'm going to build an enclosure for my RMv2. I'd originally thought about a basic box with acrylic sides, but in going through calibration issues, I got to wondering if picking up/dragging the printer wouldn't move things around so much that I'd have to resquare the towers every time I pulled the printer out of the box.

So, my next thought was to have the printer sit on a shelf that's mounted to full-extension drawer slides, which would allow me to pull the printer out of the enclosure without having to actually manipulate the printer itself. That led me to wonder about putting the printer on an 18" lazy susan so that I could turn the printer as I worked on it.

Now that I've got the enclosure all planned out, I'm wondering if the drawer/lazy susan combination would loosen up the base too much, making it vibrate more while printing, and thus introducing more inaccuracies than I'd be fixing.

So, what say you? Manhandle the printer out of the box and perform the necessary adjustments afterwards, or the drawer/lazy susan combo?

OK, let's rephrase: is picking up the printer, either under the base or by grabbing the towers, normally enough to move the towers out of alignment once they've been tightened into place?

Picking it up any way you like is fine, just don't do it with a high-acceleration.

It is best to pick it up with the bottom of the base having most all the weight and use one of the towers to keep it from tipping.
Do NOT pick it up from the top or using any of the towers to bear the weight.
