This is my first foray into 3D printing. Finished building a Rostock Max v2, and finally got it calibrated and printing. Just made my first print, the fan shroud, as per the manual. See pictures below. I must say, I'm quite impressed. I really didn't expect it to work this well on the first try. Props to the SeeMeCNC folks for putting together a great printer and such a thorough manual. As you can see from the pictures, there are a few defects in the ABS print. I'm wondering what might be causing them and how I might prevent them. Is there a guide somewhere that lists common defects and potential solutions? Many thanks.

Your print does not really look that bad for a first print. The artifacts that you are seeing are quite common and as you continue to print parts, adjust the slicer settings and see what effect the changes make.
