Power Supply?

Power Supply?

My power supply does not seam to have the 6 pin as shown in figure 3-17. These are supposed to be for the RAMBo board. What do I do?

You can get the yellow and black wires from any remaining connector. Gene used that particular one because it was convenient having only the colors needed. I'd use the thickest yellow and black wires that haven't been utilized in the earlier steps.

So there are groups od black yellow and black red. Is red the same as yellow or does it have to be yellow?

Black is common. Yellow is +12 volts and red is + 5 volts. Use the yellows.

You may have problems if you use red.

But keep a couple of red black and yellows handy. You may want to attach stuff like LEDs etc later on.
When on mobile I am brief and may be perceived as an arsl.
