Slic3r Support not supporting.

So I have had some issues lately with support structures still allowing A LOT of sag where they should be supporting.

This creates very undesirable and loosely stranded surfaces. These surfaces are parallel to the build surface.

I am using the following settings(See attached)

Does it have to do with the interface layer and pattern spacing?
