Anyone seen/used this? Was messing around on the Smoothie site and ran across this: https://github.com/minad/3delta

Haven't used it yet, I am the type to let someone else use the new host and report back the findings.

You appear to be a good candidate! :)

Doesn't help that I know next to nothing about linux but I was able to get it to install onto my banana pro and run but I can't seem to get it to work on the printer. The dialog says "connected" but nothing will move even when I unlock it(little check box)

I didn't realize that it was a linux thing that you have to build yourself. Still gotta figure out how I'm going to get linux on my computer in addition to Windows and OS X, then I'll figure it out. Looks pretty slick though.

I have a feeling its a smoothieboard only thing. It didn't seem like that exciting of a program to be honest.

Get yourself a Raspberry pi 2 and set it up on there then you can just remotely run it with x11 forwarding.

Maybe not that big of a deal then. Seemed like it could use a signal boost though, maybe if the developer were interested they could make it into a bigger thing. Honestly I'm not that impressed with the host software thats available. I haven't found anything better than RH .56 for Mac (can't stand the Windows version not having the serial logs or g-code sender) and Pronterface for Windows. S3D has a pretty slick interface but I don't run from host very often, and I still like RH better in most cases. Would be nice to see something for us more "advanced" users.
