Hi all,
I'm newbie. I have Rostock Max V2 and I got this 3d printer full assembled.
I would like redesign to dual extruders, but I don't know how set firmware.
I have any question.
1.) Can I backup firmware from 3d printer (configuration.h...) I downloaded only table with values from EEPROM with use Repeater-Host.
2.)I got firmware 0.91 from site SeeMeCNC, what do I have to set in Configuration.h or other .h files? Or is better way Repeater Configuration Tool (http://www.repetier.com/firmware/v091/)? I don't know what all I must setup.
3.)What do I have to set for dual extruders in firmware (configuration.h, pins.h...).
Thank you.
Dual Extruders RM v2 - firmware?

I don't mean to sound harsh, but you sound very new to 3D printing. I would recommend learning how your machine and the firmware works as is before venturing down the road to dual extrusion.
If you are dead set on dual extrusion check out this thread and the links within. Some good info there.

Re: Dual Extruders RM v2 - firmware?
I modified my 3d printer Rostock Max V2.
I used hot end holder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:214536 and original 3D models for rostock, which I modified.
I have to edit position for second hot end (2nd hot end is higher about 0.12mm), then I will load firmware for dual extruders.

your firmware will be somewhat similar to this:

Make sure you use proper thermistors, etc. you'll want to download a copy from seemecnc to start with if you don't already have a copy.

The issue with people giving you firmwares is going to be that if you've gotten to the point of experimenting with dual extruders, your machines probably not stock, so some settings may not be applicable.

Thanks for link.
I'm finished with modification. All run very well, only I have problem with setting in Simplify3D with dual extruders. From second extruder flowing filament. I'm set custom gcode in tab Tool Change G-code E-8.4 F800, but second extruder with PVA filament flowing. Edit:
I had to stop printing, result is very poor, part isn't clear.

I believe Simplify 3D is not the software you want to use for dual extrusion.

s3d works fine with dual extrusion.
