Inaccuracies printing at edges - Fly-n-strude issue??

Hi guys. Just built a "Giant" Rostock Max V2. Other mods include the "Fly-n-Strude" airstrudder.

Printing more centrally, like within the fist 6" radius is great. But as it gets farther out, it starts to get extremely inaccurate. Like the perimeter outlines can be as much as .5-1mm off of mark. Could this be related to my Airstrudder's rubber cabling pullling at the extruder from extreme angles? I know a bunch of guys run this setup without issues. How much tension are you guys putting on the bands? How high are you hanging the extruder from the hotend??
