I am amazed I was able to get this kit together and to get this baby to print halfway successfully, looks like I have some belt issues though and I would appreciate any feedback on what I should do to correct this based on the pictures:

What type of filament are you using?

That part looks like a fan shroud for cooling a hot end and if that is the case I would print them out of ABS, PLA will soften under heated conditions.
You are printing fairly well and I would work on increased or decreased temperatures on the hotend or the heatbed. If you have a roll of ABS try the
print again with the hotend at 230C and the heatbed at 95-100C. I usually use a brim around the part to get the plastic flowing well and to help increase
adhesion. Please let me know if you have a success printing the fan part in ABS.
