windows will not install rambo usb drivers
windows will not install rambo usb drivers
Just tried on 2 different laptops, one with window 8 and another with windows 7. Both of them keep giving me the same error in the attached screen shot when i select the inf file from the folder containing the drivers. Why cant i get it to connect to either computer and install the drivers?

Do they need to be unzipped?

I just installed in on a cheap windows tablet last night,,,,, I created a folder, through the two unzipped files in it and then stuck the folder in the windows directory.

Corrupted download maybe? Try downloading it again or from another source.
Here's my rambo driver, it works fine for me. Win7 x64

Just tried your copy of the files, still same error. I downloaded mine from seemecnc download page, this should just be a straight forward task

Re: windows will not install rambo usb drivers
well well, it seems the USB cord shipped with my rostock was defective.
I just used the shorter USB cable that came with my arudino and had no issues installing the driver. Windows actually took care of everything on its own (I think because i installed Matter Control).
Hope this helps anyone with the same issue.
