Hello All!
We really need your help ! Every time we start to print the test cube, the temperature will fall back to 200 in the preheat process, which is a deadly issue for ABS!
Please Help!!!

This sounds like a slicer issue. What slicer are you using and have you tried using a different one to see if the issue persists?

Do we need to download another version of Host? And what calibration we need to redo?

You are using Repetier or Matter Control? With Repetier you can do it from here:

You can change slicers just as Tincho85 noted.

With the various slicers, the settings are going to be different across them, so you will have to set them to your liking. But, since you are not even sure if the slicer is the issue, I would recommend seeing what the slicer temperature says it SHOULD be, and then see if it matches that temperature during the print. If it does, then the slicer was the issue and you can start calibrating it again.

No matter what slicer you use there is a place in the slicer settings where you tell it what temperature to use. That value will be placed in the G code of the file by the slicer when you tell it to slice the model. That value will be what the printer will use once you start the print and not the value you set in the manual controls. Sound to me like you have not changed that since 200 C was the default in my case for the slicer MatterControl that I used.

If you need help finding those settings first let us know what slicer you are using so we can tell you the right place to look.
