PID for Heat Bed and code for calibrating

Hello,

We are at the step of PID for heat bed, the temperature refuse to raise and every time we restart the printer it will show "resend" like showed in the picture.

Secondly, changing the Printer_Radius seems cannot change the height of the extruder at center, then how to calibrate it?
