Bed Heating Slowly

I recently reinstalled the firmware and went through the initial setup of our RoStock Max V2 while installing an E3D V6, Everything is working great but our heated bed takes a crazy amount of time to get to temp.. even after the PID autotune. Is there something in the EEPROM I can change to make this process faster?

Quantify "crazy amount of time" so we can differentiate between thats-broken and below-expectations.
