I came home to a failed print today. Most time when I have failed prints its just a bunch of spaghetti but this time there was a funky smell and I came home to this large "turd". I wasn't home to see what causes it. If someone knows please point me in the right direction to fix it.
thanks
What is this problem called and what causes it?

It prolly broke loose from the bed, and stuck to the hotend for a while.
