How to Give Back
How to Give Back
One of the things that brought 3d printing to my attention were the stories of printing limbs for people and even animals in need. I'm wondering if there's a site where we can offer our machines for use in helping out.

In looking over the e-NABLE site, I found it interesting that they say they have more people signed up offering to print than they have requests for hands - meaning that a printing volunteer may sign up and not be matched to a recipient for some time. There are other ways to contribute to the community as well. Keep an eye out for another Hands Across Borders event.

I will definitely keep that in mind. You've at least given me a place to start!Earthbound wrote:In looking over the e-NABLE site, I found it interesting that they say they have more people signed up offering to print than they have requests for hands - meaning that a printing volunteer may sign up and not be matched to a recipient for some time.
