What software to download

I have assembled a new Max v2 and need to get it moving. I have downloaded the Arduino IDE but am not sure what to download next due to the instructions I've found being outdated. I'm not super techy.

KAS thanks for the reply. I'm on my phone and am unable to check that PDF. I was able to stumble through it though. Github was confusing to me. I wasn't sure what I was suppose to do. I noticed the zip file thingy on the lower right and clicked it. Everything is working now. Like I said I stumbled through it! I'm not super tech savy! I followed the directions well enough as everything is working as it should it seems. Going camping for a few days and when I get back I will calibrate the Z and end stops, then print my first part ever!

No worries, it's common to find a "version" of the manual that isnt the newest.
