False line keeps printing??

Why am I getting this line thru my print? It just started happening.

Nope. It only shows on the print.

I downloaded Slic3r and just print via SD card. Same STL's and no false line.

If I understand this correctly, your old slicer is what was causing the problem?

I've seen this featured called "prime" something... It's inserting start g-code to print a prime line before the print starts. Unfortunately, the coordinates it chooses to do it are right in the way for you.

Oddly enough it does this midway through the first layer printing. I have caught it and stopped it each time so I don't know if it would just continue on with the print.

That's REALLY weird then... it looks very intentional haha. Is it some kind of tool chance gcode that is mistakenly being inserted?

I think it may have started in Matterslice however I changed to Slic3r within MC about the time it started. I can't remember which one it started in but it does it in both Matterslice and Slic3r within MC.

I don't know. Moving to an external copy of Slic3r and printing from and SD card has eliminated the issue.
