Hello guys,
Our Rostock V1 cannot be recognized by computers. We have already tried 2 computers and they shows the same problem that there is no COM thing under Port of Control Board. I have attached two pictures of our board. BTW, we have double checked all wires and they are all fine and our board is new because we changed a new one after the old one is broken. Can anyone help? Thank you very much!

Does it do the same thing if you disconnect the LCD, it's not required.
