I think it's your endstop wiring (or it's not being hit), possibly only on one endstop, it looks like an intermitent issue, the process for homing is to move up until all endstops engage, then to back off, re hit the endstops, then back off slightly.
The first part completes and at some point all the endstops register because we see it back off, but not until after one of the steppers grinds against the endstop.
If you try offsetting each stepper one at a time so that one of the carriages hits much earlier, you may be able to tell which one of the endstops isn't always registering.
This could be wiring, noise (if the stepper wires are run woth the endstop wires) or a mechanical issue where the switch isn't being triggered.

Like Polygonhell mentioned, it really does seem like mismatched endstop wiring.

For example, when your X tower hits the endstop switch, your Z tower immediately stops moving.

Try moving your carriages down so your nozzle is touching the bed, then right after you click home all and the carriages start moving up, quickly press one of your switches in. If you press in the X tower and the Z carriage stops moving, this is a definite indicator that you have your endstops plugged into the wrong ports on your RAMBo. Using this method, you should be able to determine which plugs on your board need to be swapped.

With your current behavior, it definitely seems plausible that X or Y is triggering your Z to stop early, which is not allowing the switch above it (potentially X or Y) to be triggered, which in turn causes the tower related to that particular switch to grind into the top of the machine. This causes a snowball effect which causes all towers to not home properly.

Oh heck yes!

I was going to rip this thing apart and redo it all!!! The Y and Z were mixed up (labeled wrong!). I did not build this printer so that is why I keep having headaches. Tomorrow will be a good day

This is why when you do the M119 test, you need to pay attention to which switch you're keeping closed and what the closure report is telling you.
