Would printing with iron magnetic filament like this one for example

Cause any problems on my Orion printer such as wearing out the printer head?

Yes, It seems that it's like the carbon fiber filament.
You will need a stainless steel nozzle or a brass nozzle plated with nickel.

Source: http://www.proto-pasta.com/products/magnetic-iron-pla**This filament is more abrasive than standard PLA. Be prepared to replace your nozzle and do 1st layer adjustment. Try a wear resistant and/or larger diameter nozzle for increased service intervals.

I'm just a spectator on this topic, but I do believe that the nozzle wear concern is less of a big deal than it's made out to be. Everybody that I know who's printed abrasive materials hasn't worn anything out yet. I'm sure it would happen over time, but I don't think it's nearly as bad as we're scared that it is.
