What are bearings for????

Hi guys

This my first time ever being part of a forum and. First time writing one.

So I bought a Rostock V2 on Black Friday and I babe been assembling it since.
The build is going pretty smooth until on Friday I get on the mail a pack of bearings from seems with out a description or nothing in it. So can anyone help me figure this out?

I believe SeemeCNC mailed you the bearings in case yours was one of a batch of them which was accidentally shipped without them. If you had the proper bearings (there should be 2 sizes), then that's just a bit of a bonus I suppose. If not, they have pro-actively fixed the issue before you discovered it was one. I think that's a customer service win.

FNG:I had extra parts from building all these 3D printers!
MGR:But we send out kits. There shouldnt be any extra parts related to a build.

If you have 4 of them, you can build a filament spool holder from thingiverse
