Well, not real chocolate! This is the brown SeeMeCNC ABS filament. Goes down like butter at 225°C (calibrated).

This is a 50 micron (.05mm) print with a .5mm nozzle. One COOL feature of KISSlicer is the "Stacked Sparse Infill Layers" feature. Basically I have it set to "4" which means that it prints four perimeters at .05mm and then prints one infill layer (which will be .2mm)! I am using a 25% infill. This saves a lot of time and makes for a nice print. The shell is 1 perimeter.
This is the Stanford University Bunny at 60mm tall. I can't see the layers but I can see all of the surface detail on the STL file. The ears will be the challenging feature. I'm using extra directed fan cooling to make sure each layer is solid before the next one goes down.

Wow, thats looking great. There are some parts that I can see the layers but then over most of it I cannot really tell. Do you have a link to a full size picture?
