Repiteir 091 on V1 homing issue

Post by LorenOlepi »

Hi Everyone!
Its been a while since I've been on the forums as the Rostock has been out of commission for some time now. I finished the upgrading the arms and endstop wires (initial cause of it going down). I was running the .80 version of repiter firmware and everything was good when I reconnected. I was able to home no problem... both extruders worked like a charm but my arm length was off. I decided to upgrade to the latest release firmware so I could change the arm length and the radius via eeprom as the the support team recommended. I started stock with just one extruder but I'm running into an issue where when I try to home it seems to just go down in the Z direction by maybe 5 or 10 mm. I changed the y-axis to be inverted per the instructions and everything else seems to be OK via the LCD... I can move x, y and z and they are all act ok. Anybody have any clues on why the home isn't working???? The ends stops also all seem to be working properly as I can hit them manually and it stops that particular axis.
I need my max back in my life... as this bukito with pla only is killing me ;)

Think I figured it out, just had to sleep on it. The Z-max height was set to zero in the EEProm. Most have done it via the LCD controller when messing with the homing height.
