Searching This Forum

Post by Eaglezsoar »

I ask the operators of this Forum if anything can be done about the search function not working properly.
Search on the word Extruder and you can see what I mean. That is just one example. Another example is
the word thermistor. It's a real crap shoot if the search function returns anything of value. Can you do anything?

I've found that if you can use atleast 3 words it will function normally usually.

Gene or Michael would have fixed it by now if they could, I guess sometimes you have to live with the way it was
written and I'll quit my bitchen.

Unfortunately, I don't have permission to do that. I think Gene and I are simple moderators. I've asked John and aster about doing this in the past.

Meantime, did you know y can use google to get great search results here? You use the site: tag like this:

site:forum.seemecnc.com extruder

You can use all of google's search features and I thing you can specify sub forums too. Try it,it works great.
